Pick your soup, pick your noodles, pick how spicy, pick how sour, pick your topping.
No fuss, just a heavenly 40HKD treat right in the middle of TST. Queues are long but service is swift.

    Thanks! I have been meaning to try BoInnovations but it seems a bit too high brown (and expensive) for my cha chaan teng wallet but I’ll definitely keep them in mind for a special ocassion!.
    In the meantime there is a great (and cheap!) dim sum place in Yau Ma Tei called Tim Ho Wan (8 Kwong Wa St.). Very small and has long lines but sensational!.
